Footage or answers

Controlio replaces screenshots with live streaming and continuous video, and categorises apps and websites with AI into productive and distractive. It is a powerful way to see everything, if someone has the time to watch.

TaskQo is built for managers who do not. It classifies every tracked minute as productive, unproductive or idle with a one-line reason and the screenshot behind it, and brings the unusual minutes to the top. When you do need video, it compiles one replay per shift with chapters at flagged moments.

Call review and coaching

Controlio lists call centers as an industry but does not list call recording, transcription or QA.

When call review is on, TaskQo records both sides of supported calls and meetings during configured shifts. One click on a recording gives a speaker-labelled transcript in 39 languages, a QA score for communication, issue resolution and professionalism, the customer's reaction, and coaching notes a manager can act on.

Mouse jigglers and other cheating

Controlio's Advanced plan detects and blocks mouse jigglers and clickers, which is a genuine plus.

TaskQo flags patterns linked to jigglers, remote-desktop sessions and virtual machines, with the minutes attached. A person reviews each flag, and a flag never changes pay or scores on its own.

Shifts, attendance and pay

Controlio offers clocking, attendance and working-hours breakdowns; payroll is not listed.
